Hardy down to -10 degrees centigrade, the jelly palm will grow to about 20 feet (6 metres) in the U.K.

I have been in business successfully since 1997 but I have found it increasingly difficult to make it pay off lately. The failure of the business is ultimately my responsibility and I have reluctantly given up the fight.
I am sorry it has ended like this but I have checked and in most cases you should be able to contact your bank to invoke the chargeback procedure for undelivered goods.
Our insolvency practitioner will be in touch regarding the procedure for those who paid by bacs.
Collection is not an option as title of goods remains in the hands of our suppliers.
I have tried extremely hard to recover and to supply the goods that you have ordered but I have failed. I acknowledge that you have every right to be frustrated and upset, and I apologise once again that I could not save the business.
