We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased from Seagravenurseries.co.uk but if you wish to return an item to us as faulty, damaged, or incorrectly packed, then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
We will only accept authorised returns back to us at our returns address.
What happens if my delivery is incorrect, or items are faulty?
Notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods either by email at Seagravenurseries.co.uk or by telephone on 01509621300 Monday to Friday 9.00a.m to 5.00p.m.
Once received, we will initiate the agreed exchange for the value of the goods. Priority will be given to your replacement order, over any standard orders ensuring the speediest of replacements.
CHECKLIST : Please wrap the item securely for transit, using the original packaging.
How do I cancel my order after delivery?
Any ‘item’ may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of receipt as long as it remains in a saleable condition, with all of its original packaging in perfect condition.
* We can refund the price of the item to your credit card, or the item can be exchanged for an alternative. Any replacement item will not be subject to a delivery charge.
The goods remain your responsibility until they are received by Seagravenurseries.co.uk You are responsible for the safe return of all goods to Seagravenurseries.co.uk.
Once received, and checked, we will initiate the agreed refund/exchange for the value of the goods.
