Hi There
Just to say that our order placed on Tuesday arrived this morning - less than 48 hours from order to delivery - not bad going for 11 rather large Bamboo plus 3 similarly large Red Robin! Everything looks great. (Only one minor injury to just one bamboo cane when getting it off the truck due to its height, but everything was well wrapped, packed and secured). I fear I may have underestimated how tall 8-9 ft is though - or the Bamboo have arrived much taller than that - hope the neighbours won't mind (we certainly don't!). Weather forecast is good for the next few days so hope to get them all in the ground by the end of the weekend. If we manage that, we'll be coming back to you shortly for some large feature plants once the "backbone" is in. Hope your Cordylines and Tree Ferns are of as good quality as those delivered this morning.

The Cordyline is in place and looks good !! What would be your advise on when it should be re-potted ( if at all ). How can I encourage the best growth rate ?? Would it be better if it were planted directly into the ground ?? Sorry to be a pain, but, any advise you can offer with regard to care, feeding, re-potting or anything else that may be useful would be much appreciated.

Dear Bill, Thank you so much for the tree fern which was received yesterday, I am very impressed by the speedy service, thanks again. Many thanks for your advice last year regarding overwintering my tree fern. It is looking great and there are loads of new fronds in the crown.
It is in a pot and I would like to put in a new pot(before the fronds start opening) of the same diameter but taller - please can you recommend what compost I should use?

I just want to thank you and your team (especially to Gary who was very helpful) for the beautiful camellia I received from you 2 days ago.
I had to wait for it more than 2 weeks since it sold out when I ordered it but it was worth the wait.
It is bigger than I thought it would be, reasonably priced, and it looks better than in the photos (I've seen it only online).
Now it is in my garden and it looks fantastic!

Dear Bill,
I just wanted to say a big thank you for the 8 bamboos which arrived last Friday. The 'modern installation' sitting on the pallet caused quite a lot of interest in the street!
The delivery company were great and actually turned up when they said they would. The driver wouldn't help me move the pots (I knew that but it was worth a try!) but I made sure he felt guilty when I shifted the lot on my own while he packed up!
The Phyllostachys bissetii are fantastic, much taller than I expected and bushy too. I really think these would be very popular for instant screening and the blue/green colour blends with anything. I'm not sure my nosy neighbour is quite so impressed 'though!
Anyway, thanks again for the great plants and brilliant service.

Our lemon tree arrived at school today. The timing of the delivery was superb, I was doing an Assembly and all the children saw the postie arriving with the tree. There was great excitement!
